Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets rules for using Weaveeo fairly, lawfully, and respectfully. It applies to all users, including band members, managers, and staff accounts.

2. You must not

• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory activity.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk outreach without complying with applicable marketing and electronic communications laws.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or another user's account.
• Upload malware or interfere with the security or availability of the Service.
• Use AI features to generate misleading impersonations, fraudulent venue communications, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Scrape or reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.
• Violate Spotify, Mailgun, Stripe, or other integrated platform terms.

3. Email & outreach

You are responsible for emails sent from your account after you approve them. Ensure recipients can identify you, opt out where required, and that your messages are truthful and relevant to the venue or contact.

4. Reviews & public content

Homepage reviews must be genuine experiences. We remove fake, paid-without-disclosure, or abusive testimonials.

5. Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
