Weaveeo is an AI-powered music career assistant. This notice explains how we use artificial intelligence, what you should expect from AI outputs, and how we comply with transparency expectations under UK GDPR and the ICO's guidance on AI and data protection.

2. Where we use AI

• Track review — analysis and feedback on audio/metadata from your catalogue.
• Gig discovery — suggestions for venues and events based on your profile and location.
• Email drafting — proposed outreach messages you review before sending.
• In-app chat — conversational assistance for planning releases, gigs, and workflow questions.
• Onboarding — guided setup to tailor the product to your artist context.

3. Human oversight

AI suggestions are not automatically sent to venues, published to your profiles, or charged to your account without your action. You choose what to approve, edit, or discard. Support staff may review flagged content for safety and policy compliance.

4. Accuracy & limitations

AI can hallucinate facts, misjudge genre fit, or produce generic advice. Always verify venue details, dates, and contractual terms independently. Weaveeo does not provide legal, financial, or label services.

5. Data used for AI

Prompts may include your profile, chat history, track metadata, and integration data you have connected. We process this data to deliver the feature you request. See our Privacy Policy for retention and sharing details.

6. Automated decisions

We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (such as account termination without human review). Subscription and abuse decisions involve human review where appropriate.

7. Your choices
